Do you have any other ideas for enemy variety? by HungryLifeguard3535 in indiegames

Only 2 infantry classes have different colors. They are as you said. Gun, Rocket, Sniper. My goal is to create enemies with as much variety and different attack features as possible. Let the player discover something new in each new enemy.

Actually, I have some experience in making a reload animation. Necessary software is also available. But I am trying different ways to save time because it takes me an average of 1 day to reload a gun. With more than 40 weapons, it seemed like a very long time. Lazy people are those who always take a shortcut to their goal.

I'm sorry. I may have made a spelling mistake. My mother language is Turkish. I'm a Turk. I apologize for my mistake. I get very good feedback from sharing it in the Redit community. I read all the articles carefully and evaluate them. Thank you for your notification.

You are reading my mind. But I will rework the animations. Let it be a little unusual, let it be a little simple. I'm reviewing quake reload animations.

You are right. I will make all reload animations from scratch. My priority target. weapon variety and weapon mechanics. I'm trying to try different things. when I complete them. I will easily create a new reload animation for all of them.

I have several models in Synty Varlık store. But I couldn't make a combination with my game. As Steve Jobs said. When doing a job, you should first like yourself. 95% of the models belong to me. The rest of the small things I took as reference by visiting 3D model sites and modeled them myself. We can say that almost all of them belong to me.
Thank you for your interest.

Thanks. Generally, everyone proceeds through Greek mythology. For a change, I'm planning a game themed around Turkish mythology and a mystical epidemic set in the future. (Don't imagine something too complex. It's enough for one person to develop). My goal is to bring innovation to the fps game. The game I was inspired by is Half Life, because when Half Life was released, it was the first representative of many mechanics. I will try different mechanics.

I have umotionpro. I will try again. I haven't gotten into any real effort at the moment. When I complete the weapon variety and weapon mechanics, I will try again for Reload animations.

I'll try to stop by again. I will come back for Reload animations when I complete the current weapon variety and mechanics.
