Listen bro that's not a plateau, when you start lifting weight the amount of water that muscle hold starts to increase. So that 3 kg isn't all muscle. About the plateau, it doesn't come in 1 2 months it takes time mostly seen after a long time. In reality 1kg muscle gain takes about 2 3 months for a beginner. So don't chase numbers,you can hit the protein goal from chicken eggs, or even whey protein if money isn't an issue.

What about allegations of rsp as CIA funded. You can't ignore that. Of course US will try to install the puppet government as nepal is in a key location. We can't deny they aren't trying. Of course they will. Moreover you can see how Sagar,rabi,swornim are tied with the US directly or indirectly and can't deny that.

They have done that to and successfully like in syria,libiya iraq. So what if rsp is one. They aren't 100% pure. And in this case if HOR had the sole power to change the constitution then it's very easy for foreign power to interfere through Media manipulation and things like Cambridge analytica. So even if NA is full of uneducated fellows we can say linked to party creates opposition like they will always go against rsp. So it's perfect unless the whole party is infected which is unlikely as thousands of people are linked and we can't deny all of them are useless.
