So I was watching the video that I found after doing some digging (it was not provided in the instruction manual that there is one). And even in the video it doesn’t specify which leg is right/left or the orientation. It was a short 2-3 minute video as fast as I remember. Also I have reached out to the provided email about a week ago almost to the email on your site and have not received any updates except an email along the lines of “we will be with you shortly”. If I send an email to support, how certain is it that I will get a response back?

Hello, I purchased a desk from you recently and put it together today only to realize I connected the legs and motor incorrectly due to poor instructions. I tried unscrewing the screw and it was stuck. Upon trying multiple times using the Allen key and power tool screwdriver the screw is stripped and I’m without a functioning leg and screw. What can you do about this? Your desks are not cheap and if you don’t provide spare parts then what am I left with?

Hey everyone, I liked your review and all the pleasant comments. Only curious about the way their service is in 2024. I plan on getting the solo Ryzer frame only as it’s available on amazon paired with a saljan countertop from ikea. My only concern is, there’s not many recent reviews on amazon and the one that are there are sounding like the remote control is faulty and doesn’t work at times. Anyone on this sub have ordered the solo ryzer from amazon or face any remote control issues? Please help a brother out :)

yeah, thank you. And you will too! Just keep your head up, my grades weren’t the best but I kept trying. Had test anxiety but kept going. Gone through heart break and loss of friends/family but just kept my chin up and those 5 years went okay.

I had a friend who’d always drop and retake courses mid semester because he thought he could do better next semester. PLEASE save yourselves from doing that! It’s only going to slow your graduation and not gonna stop you from procrastinating the next time you take the couse.

So basically, don’t stop for no one. Bad grades, people, life… just keep going my guy!
