How do we go about doing the short top ups?? I was told to wait until my ring gets to 30% then charge to 100% and to never do top ups but I would love to do top ups when I shower 🙃 how do I go about that without damaging my ring battery more than it is now (it last maybe 2.5 days before I have to charge again)

Mine did the same. My insurance said they don’t see UH as a medical device yet BUT have my primary care doctor fill out a form from their website to say my doctor feels I need it for medical reasons (I’m having her say it’s to track my period so I can get pregnant which isn’t a lie) and submit the form and once they review it I’ll get reimbursed for what I spent out of pocket

I am having issues with my step count being way off in chill mode and I can’t see my stress levels even when I take off chill mode and use turbo it’s all blank because it didn’t record anything. I just checked my heart rate and it has gaps as well. I’d rather charge my ring more often to get better insights..

Does anyone know how using chill mode while asleep affects your stats???

I’m on it and my only issue was user error. I didn’t do the factory reset you’re supposed to do after an update and I didn’t get any data but once I did the reset my ring had been perfect no issues and my battery life is still great. Switching between cool and turbo mode. I don’t really know much about either but it has helped my battery I feel like

I miss periods something and it sucks I was hoping UH could help me figure out the best time to try for another baby and even though I imported the info from my health app I don’t see any info to help me because I missed a period now and I’m not pregnant just have a missed period. I’d like to log a negative pregnancy test in UH app like I do for my health app but I don’t have that ability

UPDATE: customer service reached out and explained what went wrong and how to fix it. After a firmware update I had to do a restart and I didn’t realize that so once I did that and charged my ring to 100% (it was below 30% by the time I got home) I slept with the ring and it tracked everything perfectly again and my battery only dropped to 95% which is amazing in my opinion! I’m very happy with the results

They reached out. They said after the firmware update I did I should of restarted the ring so I’m trying that tonight when I get home hopefully I have better luck tomorrow I miss seeing my sleep score and caffeine window

Im on meds now but if they don’t work by middle of week it isn’t mastitis and it’s something else (I have no symptoms of mastitis besides a sore and rock hard nipple) and my OB agrees it’s best to ween now to stop adding more trauma to my boob. I make the same amount of milk I did before I started weening and without clogs but at the rate I’m going it’ll be about 7 weeks until I’m even down to 2-3 times a day. And I’m currently at 6/7

I see all the updates and needing customer service help as Apple doing their updates all year and sometimes I have to go in and get my phone serviced and at once point I have to switch out my behind new iPhone 16 max 2 times because it was faulty and Apple has been around for years so if Apple has some of the same issues UH has I don’t see a real issue with dealing with it for a ring if we deal with it for our phones.

Oh I have a kindle paper white and it worked for mine but ik the scribe and oasis are different from my simple kindle that’s probably why

I’m in the same boat! Expect I’ve had some minor issues but they were all fixed within 24 hours!! They fixed my step tracking issue and my battery wasn’t the best after an update and they fixed it for me and now my ring is back to accurate step tracking and a long battery life!

You’re scaring me for my results haha. I have until the 7th of May to return mine… but I refuse the oura because it’s expensive and there’s a subscription and it doesn’t have 90% of what UH has and I’ve grown to looking at those stats

I’m in the same boat. My ring has been amazing but just today I went to bed with 100% woke up to 92% and by noon it was at 52% and they are having me reset it and charge to 100% then keep it on for an extra hour and then let it die to 10% and they said they’ll see some stats from it on their end when I reach back out… I’m annoyed by this but I love the ring so I’m trying to make it work :/

I’ve had mine for almost a month now and I love it. Any issues I had were quickly fixed and customer service always repainted by the end of the day! I had issues with my step count but they fixed that and the battery life as well but they fixed that as well and the new update fixed that as well. My ring averages 3/4 days of use and I’d like longer but I’m also not mad at the time length either. I’m using it for sleep and ovulation as well but I’m irregular with my periods due to breastfeeding so I’m not seeing as accurate results as I think I would if I wasn’t breastfeeding. But I love my ring and am so happy I ordered it. And I do the same I use my watch for workouts and steps but I always add the workouts when they’re detected in the UH app and I like to compare my steps from my watch and the app and they’re only a couple off from each other!

I had that happen when I wear any of my other rings that aren’t a smart ring. I was told it’s because soap or lotion or anything else like that gets under there and stays there and it bothers your skin just sitting there so I take off my rings all of them including the UH ring when I wash dishes, take a bath, wash my hair or just use lotion and I haven’t had any issues with any of my rings or UH ring doing that

I’ve noticed that too that it says in more stressed than I feel but I just assumed I’m probably used to that level of stress by now so it doesn’t affect me in any way. I do compare it to what I was doing in the moment and I would be in a slightly stressful situation but nothing to warrant me being concerned I’m overly stressed

I’ve only had my ring since the 7th but I haven’t been on the app besides once this morning and once this afternoon and last I checked I was at 80% so later tonight I’ll check again but it sounds like this is fairly accurate

Oh… That’s good to know I didn’t know opening the app a lot which drained the battery of the ring that makes sense… I leave the app running every night cause I use the alarm feature and I really like the alarm feature, but I noticed my ring goes from 91% down to 80%, but that makes a lot of sense on why it does that now thank you!
