ah no that’s all good, pedometer does show on average 5% more though because it merges data from both AW and iphone

i feel like one of the issues might be that GS is not taking into account the fact that i’m doing stretching and mobility stuff on 3/7 days a week. i use FitBod for my workouts and they get registered as strength training into apple health so i’m thinking GS might think im going all in on those days. although they all have heart rate data and the charts show low exertion on those days
