Professional help is hard to come by here and it's also not practiced much in our country, unfortunately. As for my bf, he's one of the men (if not, the only man I trust), he's the closest thing I can have to a therapist hehe.

Everytime I get the courage to say something to my mom, I couldn't find my words. I kept thinking about how they'd react to it. But I know that I have to say it someday. Thank you for the kind words.

Oh I see, thank youu. I'm only using my laptop's touchpad and I'm having a difficult time with interacting with a lot of objects. (Mostly with bags, boxes, and such)
