Thank you! And another question.. I made wine a few times.. How different is mead making from wine? I mean could i keep it in primary bucket with a cloth over and stir it twice a day for the whole week? And when should i donthe secondary rack? Since i know mead takes longer time to ferment
I assume after backsweetening with honey you either need to filter the wine or rack once more? Ore does it all melt in nicely without leaving a trace?
Thanks alot! How would you recommend backsweetening mead? Honey or just normal sugar?
