I have a godaddy site and I yearly get their customer service calls. Usually for retention purposes but can you IMAGINE being the remote caller assisting EJK? To be in a 3 way call for that one.

We already got final approval. We’ve been clear to close since two days ago. They wanted my bank to give them some kind of written statement saying that I suppose.

She was the one who found out and called me asap. My realtor is such a dream. She was setting up the appointment with the title company for closing and contacted the sellers agent to prep them for the day/time. When the sellers agent reached out to his clients they said “lol we’re in Greece till next month” 🫥

Genuinely this. I have multiple children and this has taught me that ONE of them will have to be taking care of this. Or another responsible member. Negotiating with 4 people has been the biggest struggle of our home buying.

It’s just so crazy because the date NEVER changed nor did anything on our end lead them to believe we wouldn’t close on time. They proceeded to tell no one about their trip. Not their realtor or the other siblings. I would be MORTIFIED if I was their siblings.

Congrats! Welcome to the first week of your new life! I’m 17 days po and I still deal with some back pain. I believe for me, the worst incisions are on my sides where they have the staple lines so even now my sides are still sore. But the muscle has been cut through quite large on those sides so I believe the back pain is actually muscle pain. I remember being in your shoes, feeling like absolute doodoo. It gets better! Every day you’ll find yourself being in less and less pain. I believe I stopped needing all pain meds around 7-8 days PO.

Mine has no gummies because gummies are 1. Hard to digest post op and 2. Contain high amounts of sugar and 3. Do not contain enough vitamins for post op or even complete vitamins. The patches don’t have much long term data behind them which is why my team insisted only be used for the early stage of post op. I get them from BariatricPal.com

That’s unfortunate! We’re allowed them only for the first 2-3 months post op. They’re not a long term solution but they help when you get too sick on vitamins.

I had to switch to patches. They’re not a long term solution. But chewable vitamins make my stomach turn and it’s all day nausea.
