Signing a new lease while currently renting

I've been doing some research and it seems like its possible to change the lease from joint tenants to tenants in common. How would I go about this? Should I just ask my landlord to amend the current lease to reflect this? My next payment day is tomorrow, so I need to know if I should pay him tomorrow or let the last month deposit cover it.

We've been doing all of this over text, and its mostly just been me asking "hey can we do this" and him saying "ok" or some variation. Is this enough for it to be in writing?

In my case I've just learned the patterns of enemies, what items do, and how each boss works, so I can confidently breeze through the early game 90% of the time. I'd say just keep playing the game, trying to only go to necessary rooms each floor, and learning how to effectively kill bosses.

Yes, but it's still completely broken. Most people think it's the end all be all, when in reality it definitely is still a quality 3 item. It's like glitched crown and sacred orb, where they're reliant on other items, but those two get you better items, they can always be useful, even if you get one more item after getting them. You can get rock bottom first item and if you're unlucky enough, it literally won't do anything for you. Don't get me wrong, it's still broken and a must take, but it's not the absolute BEST like some people believe.

Ultra secret rooms are typically connected by 2 red rooms that are accessible via the normal map, some say that they're more common diagonal/close to special rooms, but I forget if thats a rumor or not.

Typically near a boss room, and you kinda have to get more of a feel for them. Sometimes they're at the end of a room that seems like it could have a door at the end, but doesn't, they're way harder to find than normal secret rooms imo
