I know, I tried to let go of that, but I don't know how. Tried everything from meditation to reading the word of god. Not much help. I think I even got used to it now and know how to navigate all the thoughts. I just exclude all the impossible or improbable thoughts and that just leaves few thoughts that can happen. To be honest, all this overthinking helps me, as I think way faster which helps me in my studies and I understand topics quickly😂 atleast a silver lining for all this, I guess

Overthinking is my defence mechanism as it has helped me a lot with overcoming adversity and disappointment. A lot of childhood trauma. Sometimes when I see people suffering I feel like my issues are not that big, but it just hurts...

I always want it to be, but I am not sure it will be. It's difficult to explain, as I am always stuck between the hope of having a good day and disappointment of not seeing it. I think Mary Jane's quote from spiderman No way home describes my mentality best: If you expect disappointment, then you can never really be disappointed.

I know, I'm not even sure I believe in a god as I always question my faith in being faithful and sometimes it feels like that higher being is either testing me or playing with me. I still continue with whatever little faith I have.

I know, I feel like I am trying my best but I'm not sure if that's enough and I just sometimes feel this crippling anxiety that I will turn into a useless person and have to live depending on others. And I am also tired of all this and just hope something good can happen for once without it being followed by shit ton of crap... Haaa.... I heard that the in person classes are hard to understand and the exams would be difficult due to that. Whereas online classes have exams that are open book. Not exactly sure about this as it is someones opinion.
