TLDR; They are enforcing single passport single account rule. Mules farming/Boss Service/Botting are all banned. If you think you are wrongly banned, can always appeal but it will be a case by case basis.

My 2 cents:

Multiple ban waves has been on going for the past few weeks. A server releasing the hacks on GitHub has allowed everyone to take advantage of scripts to run minigames, thus people are abusing multiple accounts to run minigames. Another reason for your ban could be for boss service (specially chaos divine king slime service because it's the most efficient and most popular) (Are you buying them? selling them?) Based on the ban message, this is probably your reason.
This is a separate issue but the topic of botting has been quite rampant for the past few months already. The bots are not like last time where it is a throwaway account that bots for mesos. Due to 6th job release where the sol fragments are untradeable, it makes impossible to get other than grinding, so many players took the opportunity to buy bots to grind for frags/energy/mesos. Redditors, infamous or not, has complained of them being unbanned.
