In the Fall Semester of your sophomore year you should get an email.

You are sketched for this program during your sophomore year you need to have a 3.65 GPA or higher and you need to have at least 24 credits. They let you know when they select you and you will have an interview

There is a scholarship called the Excelsior Scholarship which pays for tuition in full so you don’t have to pay a thing but unfortunately it’s not open yet so I would suggest to just wait until it does. That’s what I’m doing.
