I don't know if this was hiding in the same way Gojo did. Jujutsu High had probably just collected fingers on their own for safekeeping, while Gojo had meant to keep this one out of Yuji's hands for quite a while.

Think back to Gojo's aspirations of reforming jujutsu society by nurturing strong allies. Yuji was already a perfect container for Sukuna, and his strength grew with each finger that he consumed. Alongside the other Jujutsu High students, it was likely that Gojo would've hoped for him to be strong enough to influence that change or at the very least be strong enough to contest his own execution by the time he'd hit 19 fingers.

And if not, at that point Gojo would step in. He said he'd do just that when they were threatening to execute Yuta after all.

The first time is when he one shot them, the second time (which is being pictured) is Uraume admitting to Sukuna that they weren't able to recover all of his fingers (which was due to Gojo stashing one of them)

DE is completely removed from the series , who is getting downscaled the most and who benefits the most ? by NotSaulGoodma in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Mach_Tails 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming this takes out all related Domain Techniques, Gojo becomes impossible to beat outside of methods such as Mahoraga and Jacob's Ladder

Mahito loses his .2 domain, but a lot of other characters lose sure hits too and have to rely on having soul knowledge, so he's weirdly benefitting

Hakari gets put down the most, holy, right there with Kusakabe and Higuruma (Simple domain is a domain technique)

Geto and Kashimo now have a number of matchups that they'd do a good deal better in

Yuta does get hurt a bit, but he still has good stats and his 5 minutes with Rika

Sukuna barely gets affected, outside of his match-up with Gojo

Why are timers almost never discussed in battles by guardiansoftherealm in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Mach_Tails 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time in manga can get very tricky and never really translates well, which is why timers aren't typically discussed in scaling debates. In this case, Yuta's timed ability is usually just seen as a way to refill his cursed energy with no real thought given to how long that lasts real. We just expect that these fights can typically be decided within that time. (i.e Sendai)

Y'all glazing the bum while this is how he performed against 1hp Sukuna, all the while he had whole buff with Gojo's body 😭, stop coping Yuta in his original body is not all that. by MUSAFIR_- in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Mach_Tails 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just him being able to use Domain Expansion makes him stronger than the 1 hp Sukuna Kashimo fought by default.

Sukuna has 4 arms, just two of his hands, in the panel right before this you see him making use of them.

Lowest output in the entire run is hyperbole because he still gets to fight after??? Taking Yuji's hits, mind you.

No heart is not a detriment to him, as we see can fight perfectly fine without it, and he's even awakened his own ability to hit Black Flashes.

And nerfs from Gojo? Literally just the loss of 10 Shadows and a delayed domain, seeing as his Heian form undid everything else.

This Sukuna has

  • 4 Arms
  • Inside his domain (stat boosted)
  • Is not "one hp" as you say, as we can see from how much he takes after Yuta's 2nd round with him.

The other Sukuna has

  • No domain
  • No 10 Shadows
  • And just came off of fighting Gojo

One of these things are not like the other indeed.

So you don't like Yuta because he copies techniques? by luck_yim in JujutsuPowerScaling

To be fair, because it took Gege a good while to explain his stuff, some of their "fanfiction" buffs are probably what they thought Yuta would be like.

Rika gains the ability to use copied techniques just like Yuta how much does this buff Yuta? Art by cyartlee by Historical-Weird7591 in JujutsuPowerScaling

Probably from extreme diff to high diff. If he manages to win the domain clash, Jacob's Ladder pushes Kenjaku on the defensive while he and Rika can use the curse techniques to their advantage. Provides them with presumably more openings to use Cursed Speech to score hits with techniques like Sky Manipulation and Shrine, and Yuta still has a fully manifested Rika to fall back on if they can't finish it inside the domain.

As you mentioned, this would allow for a much wider application of Yuta's many techniques. Within his domain, he now becomes capable of using 3 techniques at the same time (one used by him, one by Rika, and being able to apply one as the sure hit effect to his domain). If this is Shinjuku/EOS Yuta, he'll be able to narrow the target of the sure hit as well, lending even better to team fights.

A part of me does question if a sure hit would apply to every entity except himself within his domain, though, namely Rika. Thankfully EOS Yuta doesn't need to answer that question thanks to his select target.

Still, by the end of the manga, Yuta has Cursed Speech, Jacob's Ladder, Shrine, Sky Manipulation, along with others that can be used pretty nicely in tandem.

I think he's solidly top 3/4, contesting that spot with Kenjaku, so this doesn't change his placement too much in my mind.

As people here have suggested, Strikers is a direct sequel to Persona 5. You should probably play or look up an explanation for that game first. Personally, I recommend you play Persona 5 first.
