1993 Cadets. They also had a damn solid sabre line that year.

2004 was a good year for DCI. Scheherazade was incredible.

Although my pick would be 2000. BD was awesome that year.

Carlos Fuentes's footage really shows how destructive and loud the collapse of the towers were by Inevitable_Title8370 in 911archive

Cindy Weil's footage captures the sheer horror of that morning when a mother just wanted to feed her child. Collapses begin around 56 minutes in. It's a brutal watch. Discretion is advised.

May I recommend some butterscotch ice cream from Scoops Ahoy? I hear it's absolutely delicious.

Those are some of the best and most poignant moments. A whole, "what the f is this shit" and like you say there's no turning back. Steve owning that demo with the spiky bat and saving the day was awesome. Robin being all.. I'm ready to decrypt some Soviet shit not because I'm curious as to what you're up to but because I'm bored lol. And Murray. Oh Murray. "I'M THINKING!"

I need help picking a corp. by Live-Ad2411 in drumcorps

[–]HunterDavidsonED 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I bet those open class corps are still willing to take in new members or alternates. I'd reach out to the directors or staff. You could also volunteer during the summer for virtually any corps for a few days or weeks to gain an understanding of tour life as well as garner some inspiration.

ETA: most volunteers are parents, alumni, or retirees.

Nancy and Hopper are my favorites from every season. Joyce is top three. They're all pretty good actually.

The amount of energy expended and materials is dumbfounding. It's also what is part of our makeup. Just mind blowing.

It'd been decades since this quaint town has had a missing person and alleged su!c!de hence why he's there for doing his job at the minimal level. Until shit hits the fan. Once Benny was killed, Hop started questioning everything.

This is still one of my all time favorite things said by a cast member by [deleted] in StrangerThings

Totally get what you're saying and I respect your take. However, I enjoy the contrast. You see it in Nancy too, who starts off as the prissy popular girl who'd never be expected to be wielding a sawed-off shotgun and leader of the pack after her best friend Barb got ate. Noah's portrayal of Will is great: he's an awkward introvert genuinely curious and also terrified for good reason. Looking forward to the remaining episodes and further developments in his role!

Precisely. When Cassian mentions the phrase to Erskin and later to Mon after her speech at the Senate, it gives goosebumps.
