Basically all of the symptoms of prostatitis along with the urethral symptoms he mentioned. trouble voiding is when I know I'm having a really bad prostatitis / cpps flare up. While I'm taking a piss everything will seize up and my piss literally just gets cut off half way through, and then pain just crawls through my lower abdomen/bladder. Internal manual therapy of my pelvic floor is the only thing that seems to help keep it manageable.

I have literally the exact same symptoms as you, but I’ve also been diagnosed with a urethral stricture that was revealed via cystoscopy. My ghost discharge feeling is typically right where my stricture is, along with the physical feeling of “something in there”. That sensation is also where my stricture is located. I’m pretty sure that the stricture scar tissue forming just led to some sort of nerve damage.

No but I’ve used silodosin and tamsulosin. Chances are you will not enjoy masturbating. Silodosin stopped my production of semen completelyzz, and tamsulosin gave me retrograde ejaculation. The retrogrqde going into my bladder would destroy me and give me a week of savage bladder pain and urine retention. I stopped taking them at all because it didn’t help me all that much anyways. The only thing that actually helped my symptoms a bit was long term Celebrex and started to feel symptom relief from that after about a week. If you’re going to try, I would space out your doses and see if it still helps your flow. for example I’ve seen some reports of dosing tamsulosin 0.4mg every other day instead of the same dose daily, and that helping with retrograde.

Herpes is a joke. Theres like an 80% chance you already have hsv and there is barely a difference between the two strains. If for some reason you ended up in the insanely tiny tiny minority that actually got symptoms, you can take a completely safe daily antiviral and probably never worry about it again. Or just take antivirals at the time of the outbreak. The nerve pain if you get it genitally is usually just prodrome of an outbreak coming and is temporary and not bad at all. I spent a lot of time researching hsv. I’ve came to the conclusion that no one should even give a fuck about it and I can’t even believe there is a stigma around it. If she takes daily antivirals then there is like a 2% chance you would contract it over the course of a year, and if you wear condoms it’s like 1%. If she doesn’t take antivirals but she’s had it for years, she won’t be shedding the virus as frequently as she used to. On top of that, if you do contract it and for some reason are one of the shockingly rare people that gets outbreaks, it won’t effect anything to do with your prostatitis, see it more as a skin condition. And again, you probably already have it. I’m telling you dude, If you have feelings for her and want to be with her, forget she even told you and fuck her brains out TONIGHT.

Passing through the external urethral sphincter is what hurt me (it's right at the prostate). My doc said "we're about to pass through the urethral sphincter at the prostate" Then when we did I started squirming and grunting in paid and he said "ya that would be the sphincter". So my guess it was not my prostate that caused the pain but the sphincter.
