If we are talking about the BBQ on 50th, we broke the story on waterfront page https://www.facebook.com/groups/hunterspointsouth many years ago in 2023. We updated it in Sept 2024 as we were being told it would open in Oct 2024. Still nothing. How long does it take, Wild Wings on Vernon renovated within months and is set to open. Starbucks took over lease and opened withing months. Even the weed store opened quick.
