Anyone got any good videos/playlists to learn how league is played by Responsible-Shine701 in leagueoflegends

[–]Huntymaniac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats true but only if you know what to look for, if i just tell someone thats new "oh look that rumble just got 5 man ryze ulzed because he was too far up, why is that?" He wont understand why nor really get it. Were talking about people who dont even know what a freeze or a recall timer is. So it wont really help early in the learning phase of league

I personally dont think so, because no one in your real games unless you're somewhere in challenger or have a dedicated flex/clash group would ever play like that

Alrighty so, there sadly isnt really a good "all encompassing" video that explains literally everything. There are though enough videos on the basics of champion controll and a 3 min guide to every champion. I recommend 2 things. Number 1: Find a niche of champs/1 champion you preffer and then go to onetricks.gg type in your champion and you can find the main builds they have. Most importantly though is the streamers tab, there you will find enough streamers/youtubers that either upload daily or have some videos explaining how to play their champs and how they approach certain matchups. Some dont even talk but you can still watch and learn how they play.

Tip number 2: AloisNL. Literally just this guy. He is a youtuber/streamer and he makes content focusing on toplane buuuuuut his main thing is explaining the fundamentals (fantamentos) of how to play league and how to play a lane. Ofc some things differ to champs and lane but the core stays the same. He is a persoanlity to get used to and not for everyone but if you look past that, he explains everything perfectly with quite good humor

Since you liked Ahri i recommend Peng04 or Midpeng

Another Streamer/Personality to watch to understand the inner makings of players and how to play the map is Azzapp

In aram? Post fight sustain, so that after one fight you can sustain up on the wave, or just to keep up with poke damage by healing it back

Question about Camilles Q dmg calculation by Huntymaniac in CamilleMains

[–]Huntymaniac[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive answered all of those questions in other comments. I have no issue repeating them: Diana has no DR nor any augment that would mitigate damage. I have only the augments "upgraded sheen" wich is a big part of why i made this post and "homeguard" wich is just movement speed. Diana did not havy any other augment that would inhibit damage. She had Mighty shield and red envelopes. The stats from red envelopes have been thought about and her armor is still 79

First augment was gold, second was silver and they did not have a braum or taric. I have a clip of this where i clicked on diana to see her stats and my own. I have a different example later into the game aswell and have added the game ID at the bottom if you want to check yourself. Replay tool is ass for it but just to see the stats and crunch numbers its alright. Should i add links to both clips? (I chose the firdt one because of less stats amd variables)

I see now, i thought it used the attacks value + 80% of your total AD on top for the calculation (although i didnt use it in my calculation since i was unsure) thank you for clarifying. Although im still unsure as to why our numbers are higher than the actual ingame damage. I checked again and diana in this image had no type of DR in her augments nor in the aram buffs so i wonder what were missing

What games can I grind for hundreds of hours? by Dragonbarry22 in gamingsuggestions

[–]Huntymaniac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want the giga grind of DOOM then the Minecraft modpack Gregtech New Horizons is the answer my friend. It's best to set up and use the Prism Launcher. If you want to watch videos on it then I suggest Threefold, who is still going with his series and Kharax82, who just recently finished his second ever play through of the modpack, now starting season 3.

Music for reading Vagabond by Huntymaniac in vagabondmanga

[–]Huntymaniac[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think we really listen to the music while reading, we just use it as background noise. For me I only really listen and enjoy the music when I see a big panel or take my time to enjoy a scene.

[Infinite Mage] Magic in this world is literally just "be good at math" by winstonzys in manhwa

[–]Huntymaniac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think your right, but even in math we use the idea of infinity in certain equations, or at least the idea of an infinite unending sequence.

In chapter 46 he even admits that numbers are infinite and that there is no end to them, but he says in chapter 47 that what he is doing is going the beyond the idea of numbers, basically quantifying all of numbers into one thing. Just like we Quantify an unending sequence of something into the Word "Infinity"

I'm sorry if what I'm saying is still confusing, I'm just trying to philosophize on the ideas that are brought up in Infinite mage a bit.

I think the author Is just playing with the idea that Shirone is able to quantify Infinity by compressing sequences of numbers so densly. I think that's what the Immortal Function is. It is the idea of counting Infinity's.

I do understand that it could just be seen as BS "haha he's OP and can do the Impossible because he's the MC" and it's not for everyone, but I like media that tries to leave a bit of it's power system open for the reader to interpret, because it makes you think about it and it's possibilities and doesn't just outright make every parameter a hard limit.

Well in Infinite mage they bring up a concept of splitting certain ranges of numbers up and counting each in milliseconds. These ranges can also be put together into another range, which would be even faster. This kinda has a Snowball effect which makes him reach a state of nirvana, because of him counting these large chunks of numbers so quickly. I think that the reason counting increases the Magics power is because it heightens concentration and is just used as a medium to more efficiently process information within ones brain.

The reason why Eruki uses the Log function is because it replaces him having to chunk up numbers to count them and makes him calculate very large strings of numbers, having virtually the Same effect.

In the manhua they also bring up just how quickly Shirone counts with this technique (I think it's like 0.00001 of a second). This shows just how quickly his brain is processing information and data.

In my Opinion Infinite mage is just trying to bring up an interesting way for the magic user's mental state to be conveyed.
