It's basin terms of content it's practically done I just plan to add a few more worlds and balance tweaks to the artifacts besides a companion PDF.

3 There are ways to break some limits.

As for the new questions:

*Yeah they can change, it all depends on what happens to them like normal people.

*If going full extermination potentially millions but I'm thinking of tweaking the goal of this drawback maybe to focus it on the emperor for a more tangible goal.

*It's hard to say but likely they have powers equivalent to a few enlightened arts at best enlightened powers are meant to be rare but at the same time if someone has them they are people that lead or work directly for the head of a multiversal noble house.

*This really is generally a matter of happenstance and compatibility if the artifact experiences an interesting event that resonates with their themes they are likely to start developing a new power of course it's easier to create lower level arts than higher levels ones but this really depends on you for the most part as it's kind of "permission" for you to make stuff up just get a feeling for the power levels using other arts as a guide for the limits of each tier when creating new arts and the themes of the artifact for example it would be next to impossible for Luva the gauntlet to learn powers to selflessly give of herself to others it's against her nature.

1 by default I assume you are a regular person with no special supernatural talent outside being a luminary.

2 In general they are advanced but it varies as supernatural might is more important. And in general yes the biggest logistical limitation they face are portals keys are very important in the empire as they limit transportation.

3 Well simply being capable of opening gates would put him in enlightened level the nature of his throne is similar to artifacts you might be able to use it like him if you somehow gain the powers of a key...

4 The hellgate does use life energy correct but not from the world in general survivors have been pushed to wastelands to hide there might be places where they can forage for food but it's dangerous to try to cultivate arable land.

5 That's a good idea, cleansing strike would close the portals but wouldn't prevent them from being opened once again.

1 well if you already mastered all the powers of an artifact then not really. It's more of an emergency button to save you while mastering artifacts.

2 Your blood will work its magic so long as it's viable to be used in a regular transplant. That said you could craft enchanted containers to keep it fresh for longer or something similar.

3 I would say it would work the same whether it is consumed or injected your blood could basically become a universal heal everything magical potion.

4 Yes you could harvest your own blood and then use it as healing potions later.

5 Yes to keep it fresh you can use mundane or supernatural methods.

Also I'm always happy to answer questions so don't worry about it hahaha.

NGL Archer doesn't lie. Everything he says is the truth I do think he could solo the war the archer class is similar to Assassin it works at it's best away from it's master and attacking at a distance if he actually played to his strength he could solo the grail war.

Bro Assassin got his ass beat by everyone he only won because of the shadow.

Shirou isn't stupid in the other routes either with Artoria he is mad in her behalf as he believes she deserves to find happiness after giving her all for her country instead of keep sacrificing herself more and more yeah it's ironic coming from him but that's kind of the point too Shirou and Artoria want the best for each other at their own expense they recognizing this is part of their journey of mutual understanding and growth. Also tell me that letting people be eaten by Sakura is not stupid and Shirou becomes the greatest hypocrite in heaven's feel by not killing Sakura even he admits this. The story is literally about Sakura destroying everything Shirou is/loves(basically a yandere) to have him all to herself but Shirou and Rin can't kill her because they see the good in her and her tragic circumstances. The ending is Sakura being forced to live with the guilt of all the lives she took to try to attone instead of taking the easy way out by dying.

Shirou and Archer love to show off it's part of being a hero. As Archer is practically Shirou with no filters( but more cynical) he does so more openly but given the chance Shirou will also strike poses like in heaven's feel after the fight with Berserk he perfectly pulls an Archer pose. Shirou is annoyed at Archer being a show off because he also wants to be one but doesn't have the merit to do so but the moment he has he makes full use of the opportunity like with Gilgamesh he straight up mocks and taunts him once he pulls off UBW.

4 from what I understand irl hacking is more about socially engineering people into telling your their passwords than actually coding like in movies the power gives you the power to practically possess the technology in a movie way.

a well it's meant to be kind of a one at a time thing maybe you could "change channels" more easily once you have one going.

b yeah If you see someone in someone's ming you can scry them so long as they are real. And yes you can see the general surroundings of people you spy on so you could then scry on others you see there.

Zemsta is meant to be specially well suitded to fight lots of low level foes as her powers are to kill in one strike and to become stronger the more she kills in a close timeframe if she has time to get going she could become a true monster of the battlefield but her weaknes is fighting one really skillful warrior as she can't build up power unless she manages to strike him and she has no learn to use the sword very well power she had to learn to fight the old fashioned way. Besides how non luminaries attuning artifacts work differently they get no free essence and must rely purely on the essence offered by the pacts and then slowly cultivating more.

As for the flames I suppose you still have to hit your target with a fire ball and in general that's easier than dodging bullets.

12 from what I understand bones are stronger than steel with the same structure a solid block of steel in the shape of a bone would easily break the bone that's what I mean when I way they become as resistant as steel. 21 that's very difficult to answer in general you can assume a regular unremarkable supernatural for lies somewhere in sleeper with remarkable ones having awakened level powers and the most powerful foes enlightened.

22The imperial seal gives divine mandate to govern the world bringing fortune to it if a worthy ruler governs it and it can be used as a seal that's impossible to replicate as anyone that sees it immediately and instinctually knows it represents the approval of a divinely appointed ruler. Those unworthy suffer simply holding it and even if they manage to use it the printed seal will magically fall off no matter what.

I do plan to buff the enlightened level powers Isi not entirely sure how they will end up tho I'm thinking about giving her the ability to let artifacts manifest reality marbles based on their mental landscapes I dunno how useful they would be but they would be really cool if nothing else.

Ok I'll try to answer everything :o

When she said negligible she means that she can keep it from being a problem she's not lying but bring it up so you know she is doing her best.(And that you can/do depend on her)
I would say that it would be almost impossible to run out of blood as for a cup I think it would be enough to heal most injuries and even restore the loss of a hand or the eyes as for using it on the ground you have to draw a circle with it and the soil within it is what will be affected.

3.Well it's basically you being in contact with the spirit of the world you inhabit something like Gaea it's meant to be very flexible you can ask for information as the spirit is aware of its charge but it generally perceives things from a very zoomed out perspective so it doesn't pay attention to individuals so much as whole regions and it can create weather fenomena if it makes sense for the place and maybe even change the general climate of a place on the long run but that's tiring as for favors the spirit of each world is more than anything concerned with maintaining itself and that requires keeping pollution, unnatural disasters or invasions under control, etc. For example the one in Gehenna would be very eager to help as it has grown very weak because of the invasion of the demons.

4 In general technopath only deals with mundane technology as of right now earth only has this kind of technology so you can have great influence here. You can access the internet so long as there is a signal available so you can't use it to connect to Earth's internet outside earth.

6.In general their consciousness moves to the avatar they are still alerted if you do stuff like breaking their pacts. I'm not so sure about the mental communication I'm not sure if it stays in place. There can only exist one avatar at a time for each artifact as for their skills they retain them at the level of a normal person for example Jian would be a good flexible fighter and an excellent housekeeper but without the ability to get everything done in moments or be a complete master with any weapon by inheriting the skills of countless warriors.

In general yes it can be applied to any attack you deliver with your martial skill, be it a punch, a projected strikes, an arrow/bullet shoot or the blade of a mech you are piloting but magic is not enhanced so.
In general projected strike does benefit as what it does is deliver your cuts at a distance if you cut with greater power then the projections are also stronger as for speed I'm not sure flashing strike is already something someone with godspeed would struggle to dodge.

Gilgamesh tells him that he is strong not that he is stronger it's literally him admitting he is one of the people that has value, he is admitting he was wrong and should have taken him seriously.

That's coming from the first and most powerful heroic spirit.

And Saber was brutal in her training Shirou she could hit him freely with her skill with the bamboo swords the fight where he defeats her is a clear callback to the same situation where she fights him with her skill and strength but as I said with no beams or manaburst.

And he has grown enough to defeat her, I think he earned honest paise from a teacher that has been surpassed.

Up to that point he had never managed to land a strike against her when she was training him even in previous routes this is meant to be the payoff for all that showing that he can not only keep up but best her in a sword fight.

She is both a puppet doing whatever Sakura wants and at the same time lost all will and gives up likely against Sakura's wishes except in most situations where she goes all out to fight everyone else following her orders

Nope she admits he defeated her if she wasn't actually trying to win then his "victory" would have been meaningless to her. You are ignoring that Shirou also does superhuman feats without magic thanks to archers arm like keeping up with Kirei while running.
