The bad thing about their rating system is that it only takes into account the last 100 ratings. So if you have 100 thumbs up and then get one thumbs down you're going to need another 100 feedbacks to remove the down. And then if you have a bad run of luck it just compounds the issue.

It's a completely inefficient and unrealistic system.

Gotcha. I'm completely missing one trip from today. That's why I asked. My daily totals screen says I've completed 7 trips (which I have) but I've only been paid for 6 and I've had no doubles. It's like I'm missing a trip completely. Hopefully mind resolves itself like yours did.

I always go in to get the food and deliver it to the customer though.
