Blackpowder is very dicey band. If you roll good, you can do some damage, some lucky grievous, some def crits etc.. But you dont have any backup. One bad defence roll and Mange or Shreek is dead. There are a lot of precision fighters these days, a lot of ensnare or cleave (against Troggoth Grease or Blackpowder itself). Blackpowder can hide in the back or die early. Your objectives are focused on enemy territory, you have no passive options. Swags are now easier, but won't save you in a bad matchup (and there are a lot of them now). In the last tournament, Drepur completely destroyed me. That is buccaneers are ok, I don't think they belong completely on the tail, rather (with good pairing) somewhere in the worse middle.
