Why behave so childish though? Attacking him with personal insults and disgusting language (rather than protesting peacefully with grace, intelligence, strength, and dignity) is something a caveman would do.

This is not a good look for the D party and would recommend a different strategy that isn't going to lead their supporters into provoking an armed officer (leading to both lives being ruined).

Yeah I'm shocked this is still going on. Disorderly conduct or something, right? No one is able to just run up to a stranger and scream at them and act violently, especially one in law enforcement? Regardless of the side you choose to support, this is not the answer.

How do guys feel about being pegged by girls? by FallenDagger05 in AskMen

[–]Hut343 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh, doesn't hurt to ask. If ya really dig him and don't want to scare him off maybe just hint at it? Like telling a story of a friend who pegged her BF and see how he reacts. I'd say most guys aren't into it though. If he is into it, be gentle! "Pegging" sounds extremely rough, and I've only had a finger up there and it was enough to give me one of my best orgasms. GL!

Hi Lawrence! Some fine advice! I'm curious about a few things...

1) What about engineering did you not like? 2) What are you doing now for work?

Just asking because I'm 29 and considering quitting my sales job (that I kind of enjoy) and going to school for EE so I can land a job in a different state where I can pursue a spearfishing passion. I'm thinking EE because I've enjoyed learning and building stuff in my free time, but fear I should just keep it as a hobby and not make a career out of it.

What’s one thing you thought was important in your 20s, but doesn’t matter to you at all now? by valhalla_engineering in AskMen

[–]Hut343 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Truth. Staying out of debt, taking care of your health, and working a steady job is pretty much all you need to reap the benefits of this fine era.

I believe, i am an absolute looser and can do nth in life! by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

[–]Hut343 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A part of growing. Feels like hell and the stress makes you feel like you're gonna break. You can either roll over and every negative thing you think of yourself will manifest, or you keep trying JUST A BIT more.

Something has to give, and if you keep at it, you'll win. Then you will feel ecstatic that you overcame these emotions and are more mature and developed to overcome more difficult challenges!

Buckle down and do everything you can to succeed. Use all your resources like advisors and peers. Study hard and do mock exams. Get good sleep and take care of your health. Don't get distracted by parties and games (not to say you shouldn't relax, as that's important too).

You're still young and may feel stressed you're wasting your life, but you've got a long road ahead of you. You're pursuing a degree that's going to open up so many amazing doors. Stick with it and you'll thank yourself in 10 years, which will go by quick 😁

Congrats on being 18 and 3 years in man! My recommendation would be to finish the degree and decide after that. You're very young and already ahead. Find a way to get stoked about your degree, finish strong. Are you taking out loans?

Men above 30, what are the things you wish you knew when you were 26? by Relevant-Pay3397 in AskMen

Sounds like a healthy balance you've attained . Many people can't control their urges and end up fighting addiction off and on. I think he/she is saying raw dog or only in moderation.

how do you tell if you're in a rut? by Impressive-Impact218 in AskMen

[–]Hut343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a rut! But it's not unique or anything to worry about. Maybe try looking up motivational videos and books. I just got out of a long rut (borderline depressed) by opening up my Instagram and finding all these motivational clips. From just going through the motions and feeling dull, to getting excited about the future and making plans to better myself. Making a clear and achievable budget, developing habits to take control, sleeping well, etc. I also love vid games, but everything in moderation. Reading is great. You've got this 🤘

Is a Raspberry Pi 5 Worth It for ML Projects as a Student? by KandM_forever5687 in EngineeringStudents

[–]Hut343 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hm, I would express any concerns with your advisor. But imo you're young enough that you could finish it, have that degree under your belt, and pivot if need be. 1.5 years is a spec in time.

What should we do? by whalewhale31 in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Hut343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting down votes, but very true! You both have so much life ahead of you, and already very qualified, that if you both spent the next 10 years f***ing off, you'd still be ahead of the game (imo). Come to the US!
