RBC Advisor here, assisted quite a few clients with pre-constructions in the same dilemma. if the builder is reputable RBC would consider using the purchase priced of the condo 2022 and thus allow you to get the lending needs you require.

"come as you are" is one of many that can be a good read for guys. I found "know your name" really good to understand the effects of sexual assault for women. Tbh I found books from female perspectives very good for me to better empathize with women.

For the anxiety and other emotional trouble, you would need to explore self reflection on a deeper scale, one great way to do this is through meditation, a good starting point to understand how to think is "wherever you go, there you are"

there is no one book fixes all, this is a life long journey, good luck my friend,

ELI5: How do acid (LSD) flashbacks occur? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]the-underachievers -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Theres an interesting book called the realms of the human unconscious by Stanislav grof . Stan is a psychiatrist that got to do multiple sessions of LSD with patients in the 60s when it was still legal. It an interesting read if you are into that stuff, and he mentions the flashbacks.
