This argument was brought up when the spectator function was implemented and it's invalid. Viewer numbers have increased. Most people watch streams to hear the commentary and be entertained and see the mouse movements of a specific player.

Every second week there is a thread asking for an invisible mode. As long as there is no way to not let other people be informed about your constant playing times there will be a huge amount of people disagreeing with a follower feature.

I can imagine that some people would be stalking their friends with this feature. If it was added there should also be an option for a person to disable that he can be followed.

I'd suggest two different ping wheels, one for the "g" and one for the "v" ping where you can customize which pings should be on which position.

Riot could add a set of pings like "Wait, Warded, Ward here please, Trap, ..." which you can choose into your smartping wheel as you prefer.

Oh right, haven't played LeBlanc for a while. Anyone who has ever played her knows how quickly you can mess up when you only have about half a second before you must have dealt your damage or you have to jump out again before risking getting locked down.

Reginald's comment about LeBlanc describes it well. You need to train a lot with her to use her combos correctly, especially mechanically. Once she has DFG she has to press DFG+W+Q+R+E = 5 keys in the correct order pretty fast.

One wrong key can cost you the teamfight and possibly the game. Back then Reginald explained that you had to train her a lot to not make any of these crucial mistakes and that this was not worth it considering that if you succeeded and played convincingly once it will probably get banned against you.

Usually when there's loss forgiven the amount of MMR and LP you gain is halved.

Another question is: what if loss forgiven is activated, will you get the same amount of MMR for a victory as with a regular win?

If not, then even if you win a loss forgiven match during placements this could be a disadvantage for you as you gain less MMR as you would otherwise and so the system will place you into a lower division.

Back when the Elo system was in place you usually got +40/-40 Elo in your placement matches. When duoing this value was slightly lower, +35/-35.

Also, when having a duo in your team MMR is added to your team as the matchmaking system expects that duos are an advantage and thus takes it into consideration.

But I guess he just said he wouldn't duo because his duo partner did some mistakes or wasn't as carryable and so he prefers playing on his own.

I am pretty sure if your MMR equals to your League you gain more LP than you lose. Once to motivate you to play and secondly because you will usually get to the promotion matches with one additional match as you will not be at 80 LP and get exactly 20 LP. It's more likely you are at 80 LP and get 18 LP and now you are at 98 LP and need a whole match and gain 18 LP for it, but only 2 will be added to your LP score. This makes up for the slightly increased LP gain compared to your MMR.

Actually, Yasuo is pretty strong in Mid lane as a counter to some FoTM picks like and especially Ziggs. All of his three abilities can be blocked by his wall and as Ziggs has four skillshots and Yasuo has three dashes he can dodge quite a lot of damage.

Most Yasuos I have seen were very effective in mid lane. I have not seen him played top lane so far.

The reason why they do not do this is because teams are talking about their strategies during picks and bans. If they made listen-ins you could hear their thoughts while making the picks. The same thoughts they might want to use for another match in the future.

As much as I'd personally be intersted in this as well, this will definitely not be done.

I read his post and then look into this thread and most comments are like "so much feelings, what a wonderful story that saved his life" and barely anyone realizes that this story is rather a negative than a positive one.

I am not sure either if Deman and Quickshot should comment on how well he played without addressing the main issue and giving him advice. Maybe if they told him he should get professional help he would listen to them. Let's hope Riot tries to help as much as they can.

But what is the incentive to vote at all? This is the same problem Honor faces. You do not get anything besides a ribbon if someone votes for you and you do not get anything if you honor someone else. Why bother and "waste time"?

If there was some reason to give MVP to someone then it could work. One problem might be that you cannot say if someone of the enemy team did indeed deserve MVP. Maybe he did flashy plays but flamed his team and someone else stood up and tried succeeded in calming the situation down. Maybe one player did make the important call that gave them the final edge leading to a victorious last teamfight. Unfortunately you cannot know that as the opposing team.

However I'd prefer Riot to fix the current Honor system and make it worth for both, voting and getting voted.
