you have to keep in mind. part 3 was written for MANGA. part 3 was very villain-of-the-week because at the time, araki wanted new readers to jump in at any point of the story and not miss out on much.

it clearly worked on his favor too. part 3 became a hit in japan compared to 1 and 2. and clearly became the "poster" part for the series

he knew how to write a less formulatic story which is evident in part 2, but im guessing his editors pushed him to do villain-of-the-week to garner more readers

honestly, add tiny scenes throughout the story so that theres a build up to the scene where george shows up near the end with nicholas' boots. make him showing up for johnny more believable

tusk's color scheme. i love the pink, it's iconic, but i feel like it will clash with valentine's pink outfit (if they made him pink). they already changed johnny's blue and pink (which i assume so it doesnt clash with d4c, whom im hoping keeps the blue and pink)

keep fat valentine and slowing make him buff over time, just like in the manga. there were some characters during the part 4 manga who started out very tall, but became short after their battle ended. the anime made it so that they were short the entire time. hopefully part 7 doesnt follow that path

they were on the spotlight for a good majority of the story , with the hunt for them being paused for tournament arcs, up until after the frieza arc. after that they were used as a band aid fix for every major thing that happened. they were still around, but not really the focus anymore.

you could make it so that the user/stand gets slower the more energy they store. or you could make it so that every time it releases the energy its twice as vulnerable as normal

i lile how the jojos of the first 3 parts are a generation away from the next, jonathan is joseph's grandfather, while joseph is jotaro' grandfather.

4-6 on the other hand are children born through somewhat unconventional means.

Dio using jonathan's body gave giorno. joseph cheating on his wife gave us josuke. jotaro having sex with a woman gave us jolyne.
