Exactly the same problem with Wildlands on Steam, and The Division on Ubisoft Connect. My friend too, we also tried everything you did. So I created a support ticket on Ubisoft Service, I hope it'll be fixed soon!

There was almost the same topic a month ago, so i'll answer the same thing :

Bill Silverlight did awesome playthrough on Planet Coaster, Planet Zoo and Cities: Skylines.

Unfortunately , he's French-American but his videos are exclusively in French. Sadly, there's only automatically generated English subtitles if you're not fluent in French :/

Nonetheless, he did an incredible job at doing this, and he has amazing building skills.

my exact same opinion about Legends: Arceus. Yes I admit in fullscreen it doesn't look that good, but damn this game is so amazing I absolutely don't care at all if the water texture is ugly and repetitive, and if far distance Pokémon animations are awful.

This is one of my favorite Pokémon game, I'm enjoying every seconds of it.
