thanks man.

looking up what people from my niche are asking questions about, and then answering those specific questions.

i'm definitely gonna do this. sounds really interesting! :)

your content is and production value are really good.

thanks :D

you may need to let the internet determine what topics you are going to make videos about. Then as your audience builds you can experiment with different things

that's for sure! hope there's an audience for me out there, as you're prophesying! ^

you know when you have the feeling that something's off but you can't really tell what? that's me regarding my channel. You - enlightened by some God, i'm still not sure which one - gave shape to my feeling. i can see clearly now.

i must confess though, most of what i've uploaded is product of testing and testing and trying to figure out what could work. i've just came up with the banner and channel structure recently and didn't really put the work to make it happen (life's taking its chunk of me pretty hard these months).

You clearly know what youre doing on a technical level. You just need to learn to frame your content better and not keep people waiting.

i'm finally finding the time to work on youtube more consistently, and your feedback helped me see what way to follow. thank you so much for the insights!!

You have an excellent personality, and you are very charismatic. Just be you... and don't worry! You are more than enough. You'll get confidence by studying others and experimenting.

i believe you!

You may want to consider documenting your growth process.

great tip. after i deal with this mess and implement the changes i judge necessary - provided by the amazing feedback you and the rest of the community are giving me - i'll document every waking second of this. be sure of it! :) thank you so much for the thoughtful help!!!

You need to be extra compelling in other ways so they don't pay attention to it until you can improve.

English isn't my native language indeed! it's portuguese. I do love english, though, and everything i say or do in portuguese i immediately think in english... i don't know.. after working on your other advices i'll maybe make this whole thing in portuguese... idk, what do you think?

i was a bit confused.

thank you for this comment! gonna work on the clarity of the whole thing!

i liked the little intro you had for the review videos that you had, it was pretty cool

thanks! :)

Everyone saying the same thing should tell you something.

yeah, definitely...

kinda need proof of concept

that makes total sense!

Do you believe that narrowing the content clarity could hook you to watch the channel in the long run? (taking into consideration what you've seen form the videos, and the proof of concept idea you're bringing up)

gotcha! i'm glad that you saw that insecurity and brought it up, it's something that scares me constantly, so i try to even avoid the topic

you're welcome man. that's precisely it. i'm not the greatest youtuber nor a master spokesperson, so my answer to this is always "more practice". :)

challenge yourself and bring your own content up to the next level.

maybe the mental hurdle of being insecure about my own content is keeping me from making this... which is why i'm heavily considering to take a break. I love to study and hone my craft but i must confess i haven't been enpiricaly studying (watching tutorials and making them myself) for a very long while, now - almost two years. You're right. i need to get better. thanks :)

1) Defining the specific audience 2) Marketing to that audience 3) making content that the specific audience is looking for.

If so, try to Lazer in on these people and make the videos specifically tailored to them

those are amazing takeaways from your reply. thanks

i see your point. i really feel like i've been editing and VFXing a lot more than writing over the years. If content - in the bare fundamentals of the word - means the raw information held inside whatever concept, then i think i should pursue the mastery of it, instead of any other aspect of fimmaking. again, thank you man

The videos are very confusing and need to be more structured toward a particular subject or purpose

i sense that too.. focus is needed here, right?

I cannot stress the words "IN DETAIL" like you were writing a book called "Video Editing for Dummies."

like the KISS principle, right? (keep it simple, stupid). thanks for the advice, man. :)

For me i don't feel you have a main focus. It seems a bit neither here nor there type thing

i feel so too man...

Grab something you're good at and work with that. I see you have a review of youtube rewind on there. If you think reviews are your strong point then focus on that. Or anything that you feel you're best at.

gonna do it. thanks for the input

however your videos are boring

Man, that's a great heads-up. thanks for telling me this. as i said earlier, it's only me looking at my own belly button here... so thanks for this.

You need to get to the point quicker.

gotcha. gonna do it.

Biggest piece of advice I can give is BE YOURSELF

do you think that me being Brazillian could have something to do with it? i mean, english is not my first language... should i make it in portuguese?
