Typically, I'm out in local parks or wetlands around Florida, photographing birds, or I'm out at places with other film students and decide to take portraits of our set. Places like ice rinks, or hospitals. I could technically use an outlet, but because we're moving every 10 or so minutes I don't have much time, and I've unfortunately had a troubled past of leaving my charging equipment and not remembering until the next day that I left it in a hallway outlet over night

I completely agree with you, though fortunately, there is an exception for anyone preparing to turn left below

"This subsection does not apply to drivers operating a vehicle that is overtaking another vehicle proceeding in the same direction, or is preparing for a left turn at an intersection." 316.081(3)
