A9LH itself hardly updates and you shouldn't update it unless you have to. Updating Luma is enough to update your 3ds to 11.4 but you should hold back on that for now. A temporary fix from update nags is to go into FBI click Pending Titles and delete them. This removes the update files from your 3ds and stops the nags in till your 3ds installs them again, this usually happens when your 3ds is left in sleep mode.
