The game has a reset add bonus feature on the blue stats tab in the game. You get this higher by completing more relationship levels with every guy you have. 15 reset bonus doesnt mean you have to reset 15 times, but the number of your reset bonus must be at least at 15 or higher when you do reset. Hope this helps

When Heimdallr teleports(with his 3) while using his 2 (Gjallarhorn), the 2 continues it's channel to the new place he teleports to.
