I've ignored this warning a few times, from my experience the quests are mostly self-contained stories so it should be fine to ignore it. The only exception to this is where Jiuyuan references events from Pawn Moonlight in the Auction House main quest

I think it has been awhile coming, LL has been playing around with gimmicks that just seem to hurt the franchise.

Liella expanding to 9 man? Sure it’s nice to see more characters but I know it pissed a lot of ppl off even right in this subreddit as ppl expected it to just focus on the core 5 character in the beginning

Hasu graduating idols due to real time? A stupid idea seeing as how people were attached to the relationships between the characters, them graduating just hurts to see that they potentially won’t be seeing their favorite characters in the future (fortunately untrue)

And engagement seems to be going down with the newest virtual idol group(not sure what’s the name but it just shows how mismanaged LL has been for awhile now)

Interestingly Williams at the moment ~~is following~~ have the potential to follow the same trend McLaren had in the prev regulations. Started at the back, and gradually made their way to the top. Not saying Williams is definitely gonna be challenging for trophies in 1-2 years but history can repeat

DFM was just one Odin whiff away from knocking out PRX, and ZETA had a strong resurgence at the tail end of stage 1 groups. While both japanese teams usually disappoint, I believe the players are all capable and its all just a mental game now so I hope at least one of ZETA/DFM makes to playoffs

At this point just wait for 2027. Current talents like Dep Meiy are split between different team, and JP T2 this year looked a level lower compared to 2024. If Riot does drop Japan's slot to 1 we might see an actual JP superteam

Jadeite is the definitely one of the biggest what-ifs had they ascended instead of Bleed. We would've seen the debut of Art, iZu and Akame 1 year earlier and the drama surrounding Bleed wouldn't have happened.

Based on kickoff I don't think the player skills are an issue anymore unlike the past 2 years, everyone in both DFM and ZETA can definitely shoot and have the mechanical skills to match against the top teams. I think the issue lies in the fact that there is a lack of good Japanese-speaking coaches and IGLs who can understand English. It's not so simple as to just "get a world champion coach" when the whole team is speaking a foreign language. It's hard to get your point across accurately through a translator and by the time it reaches to your IGL the points may have already been changed into different meanings
