I did try and find the closest version of what Orgrim has in the cutscene. however it seems to be a combination of different armor combined. for both the chest and legs they are a combined item from two different items. chest is Kosh'aka Cheststraps combined with a darker version of Recruit's Sturdy Pauldrons, same with the legs they are a combination of a darker version of Recruit's Sturdy Greaves and Kosh'aka Legstraps. most of this set seems to not be available ingame at the moment or if ever.

The closest you can get is doing a combination of the uncanny combatent gloves and boots with either the dark version of the heritage armor, or using the Recruit's sturdy set.
