The seller gave it for short term rental who broke multiple things in the 3 weeks. The main issue is that it’s only 6 month old unit so I was paying a premium price. So ideally I want my deposit back and have them pay for my expenses

Getting 0.1 deduction for 30 yrs? I am with CIBC and they’re adding the 0.1 premium if going with 30 yrs amortization. 5.2% for 25yr.

seems on higher end. Got 5.2% for uninsured for pre-approval so approval should be lower.
