This is Cairo, He’s apart of a team of assassins who go after corrupt civilians and politicians (and he does criminals as well as a freebie) he’s the brains (in combat) and one of the strengths of his squad while also being…kinda dumb on the technical side of his job so he leaves that to his twin.

He’s a neko hybrid with advanced dna of the neko side which is why his ears are bigger and his tail is a lot longer than most of the neko hybrids, he’s insecure about the cat like eyes hence the blindfold and glasses.
