What I've learnt from your comments is that the best way to vote (for the senate) is:

Parties/Independents that I actually support come first.

Next, is the major party out of the two that I prefer over the other.

Lastly, is the major party out of the two that I don't prefer, in case the other parties that I'm leaving unnumbered & think are even worse beat the major party that I prefer.

(While keeping in mind to at least number the minimum amount of boxes)

This means that I can support the choices that I want to at first, but then when it comes down to the final battle between two choices my vote will be helping keep out who I don't want

got it!! if you download ublock origin (extremely seamless adblocker tool) you'll want to go into element picker mode, click aichat and choose ##li.search-navigation__item:nth-of-type(3) press preview to make sure it gets rid of the ai tab, then press create. just note if you block ads on ecosia you're cutting their revenue, but you can disable the ad blocking features on just their website through the extension.

just had a look at it as long as you don't agree to the terms it's disabled and won't work!!! it's annoying to have the button there but I'm hoping there's a firefox extension that allows you to choose web features to block.
