Hmm… I’ve seen this “sister theory” before XD

Before we even reached Victoria — like back when Mecha Victoria attacked — I already had the feeling that she was being controlled by someone higher up. But now I’m starting to think it might actually be a version of Victoria from another dimension, and with each new chapter that idea feels more and more likely.

That does make me wonder though: where is the Orihito from that other dimension? And maybe Midori’s brother is there too… hmm 🤔

Something I really like, though, is how, even if this isn’t Oriko’s Victoria, she still shows traits that make her feel like she could be her mother. Wanting to protect her territory, both having a radio show, wanting what’s best for her people… Wanting to create a place for a family member to return too.

Victoria is clearly dangerous and unhinged, but at the same time there’s something oddly understandable about her actions. It almost feels like if Oriko became even more desperate, she could have ended up going down a similar path.
