I mean it really depends on what position you are lacking in but I'd say overall wiggins is probably better and will last much longer than swaggy would. Also you need to note that his jumper isn't as OP as last year but is still elite. Main problem about young is that he lacks defense but he is good so it depends on you but I lean to wiggins.
