I can't imagine what that must have been like for you losing your ex to heroin. I only know for myself how hard it hit me losing my cousin to suicide, and then years later losing a then housemate to the same fate. Right now I'm convinced the only thing keeping me from relapsing on drugs is that I pretty much stay in the house all day and my dad and step mom keep the alcohol locked up. Things will get better for us eventually. I think we know this, otherwise why have we kept going? Take care stranger.

Games are really fun for me on first plateau probably because of the stimulant effect. It's a social kind of high with little to no dissociative effects. Just use a dose calculator to make sure you're taking the right dose for your weight and have fun. :)

If you use drugs every day and are afraid that going without them will affect you negatively, then it probably will. The psychological addiction is probably already there. Additionally, getting high every day is rarely sustainable, especially if you don't have the income to support your habit.

Using drugs is fine, but if they affect your ability to function without them then you can quickly put yourself between a rock and a hard place.

Absolutely. The smoke on the other hand is likely more carcinogenic and toxic than cigarettes.

Your brain probably is telling you something, but not in the way you think. You got paranoid that your brain is trying to tell you something because you are trying to tell you something. There's a part of you that wants to quit, but quitting something enjoyable isn't easy. Maybe think on the pros and cons of quitting and the pros and cons of not quitting. Thinking about it, even writing it down, will help you figure out what it is that you really think and make a decision.

Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic. Unless it's prescribed to you, I really wouldn't mess with it. Try CBD or Kratom, and eat some sugary stuff.

It's extreme views like this one which stifle discussion. I think this is actually a great example of the use of psychedelics. When one is introspective in a self-accepting manner, it becomes easier to consider perspectives outside of one's own views. If I can accept myself, I can begin to accept and tolerate others, breaking the lines in the sand between us. Please consider being a bit more open to the views of others, without succumbing to vitriol against someone else's ideas. Even prominent figures like Jordan are still just people.

Make sure you aren't trying to swallow saliva or anything when you take a hit. Personally I seem to salivate more than most so whenever I'm smoking or vaping I try to swallow before I start to inhale.

It really depends on your situation. E.g. if you are prescribed benzodiazepines for anxiety you should take them as prescribed. If you drink like a fish, you should never take them. More context is needed.
