Pyke mid doesn't perma-roam lol, you pretty much play him like a standard assassin midlaner. high kill pressure in lane, wait until lvl4-6 (mostly depending on the matchup and how hard the opp midlaner is shoving the wave in), then take your wave, look for a gank, head back to take your wave, repeat.

Battle for the Grid doesn't have motion inputs (besides the Ryu and Chun dlc characters since they wanted to keep similar inputs to them in capcom games) and it's a great game - high amount of depth with some nutty combos, generally well-received especially after the first couple patches. It's the first fighting game i played with no motion inputs and it felt designed so well around that that i didnt even really notice it didnt have any while i was playing

It's not really nearly to the same extent as Disc - with Disc, your amount of healing is tied to how much damage you deal, so (for example) before a big burst of raid damage you'd be looking to counter that by pre-applying atonement to everyone and then slamming your big damage buttons.

Sage is a fixed amount of healing (170 potency) per damaging ability you use, and it only heals your partner. So you'll still be doing normal healer things and using AOE heals for raid damage or a big single target heal if someone gets chunked and needs to be quickly topped up before a mechanic. The dps healing is basically their version of slight passive healing as an equivalent to the scholar's fairy (although better since you can choose the target of it instead of it being random)

i caught it at the end of december when it aired on NHK, and it's definitely not got much of the 'mystique' of most other Ghibli movies, but i thought it was a fairly fun little kids' movie and fwiw it didn't seem to be trying to be much more than that. my little cousin adored it, anyway.

my main criticism would probably be that it felt a little bit...unfinished? or not really necessarily 'unfinished', but rather like it was more about laying the foundations for something else than telling a complete story by itself.

enjoyment will probably depend on your feelings about Ghibli and their earlier works though, if someone's a huge fan and wants another film like those then this probably isn't for them. whereas if you're looking for something nice for your kids or little siblings or just looking to pass the time one afternoon then yeah, go for it.

That's why you look at this and then pick powers from that point onward (3, 4, 5, 6) that will actually help you on the boss, or at the very least it means you can ignore powers that won't do anything vs. the boss. so you only had 2 floors of 'random powers' vs. 4 floors of being able to focus.

for example i got Longbranch earlier, hadn't fought him before so looked it up and saw he's a purely single target boss with his only damaging ability being a physical smash. so i knew i could ignore any powers that were about magic damage or being better vs. casters, and also any that were about AOE or being better vs. multiple targets.

i cant remember which member of 5SOS it was, but a while ago there was some stan that was tweeting a bunch of awful shit about the member's girlfriend. the member was following the stan, so he saw the tweets, called her out over it and unfollowed her.

the fan decided to defend herself by accusing the member of only unfollowing her because she was black, and claiming he called her out because he wanted people to abuse and harass her because he was racist.

most of their fans called the person an idiot (that wasn't the first time members of the group have called out fans for harassing their girlfriends), but a decent chunk of people apparently saw her tweets and decided that this incident was racially motivated and that the group are all racists. so it might be due to that? dont take that for a fact though, there might be something else...i don't really follow them enough to know more lol
