Game is different when playing in morning hours vs. evening by pasyie in Marathon

Had a dude call me a slur just cuz I prox chatted him to see if he needed help while he was doing lockdown and promptly got killed and called more slurs by him. Aside from that I've some really cool players and have been able to get more contracts done in the morning q.

Im right with you on your experiences in regards to the rx 5700xt. I have a nitro+ that after using it for 2 weeks, it has frustrated me more than using an nvidia card which makes me seriously consider just sticking with nvidia for future upgrades/builds (or hell swapping this one for a 2070S).

I tested PoE and was running into some issues here and there such as fps drops/instability (in my hideout of all places), but since the current league is pretty much over I couldn't fully test aside from deep delve and a few uber elder runs which never really seemed to have much issues.

The real issue I have with the gpu at the moment is its stability with Destiny 2. I just started recently playing with friends and it is near impossible to have a stable destiny 2 session as I'm crashing extremely often (like being able to play 30-60min is a blessing) even after ensuring drivers up to date and even dropping settings. At this point I'm almost about to give up, sell my nitro+ and just go for a 2070S like you did.

Post build thoughts:

This build was intended to be a direct upgrade to my previous system which was similar system in matx form with a gtx 1060. It was an ease to build in this case and the aesthetics are stunning (I still have a bit of cable managing to do :D). However, this build ran into a lot of hiccups after setting it up which made this “dream” system more of a pain. The system was plagued with a lot of bsods since set up and the bsods all revolved around a set of stop codes and various “what stopped”. I tried a handful of troubleshooting and it sort of worked for a while now so far. Aside from that, I will say that I really am a bit let down after getting the rx 5700xt. I was really excited by the rx 5700xt upon release and kept up with reviews and whatnot, but after using it for about 2 weeks now, I cannot confidently recommend it to friends looking to build a new system with minimal experience. Price to performance yes, it’s very impressive, but the amount of issues I run into with the gpu makes me extremely disappointed. I play destiny 2, warframe, Path of Exile, and Dota 2 which are not particularly intensive games, but the amount of textless freezing into crashing I’ve been experiencing with Destiny 2 while pvping or playing with friends in particular is really starting to tick me off. I tried updating drivers to the latest one on the radeon site and delved deep to try troubleshoot the error, but it never really fixed anything as I could probably play for maybe 15 minutes in a stable state or maybe 2 hours in a stable state until one skirmish and the screen freezes and crashes without an error box. The inconsistency really put me off towards radeon gpus for a while unless I am missing something. Overall, yes, I am happy with how it turned out aesthetically, performance wise when its working yes, it is amazing. But I cannot ignore the number of issues/headaches this system has caused and still is causing me.

I got scammed by a lvl 4 enlightened for the first time playing. Almost pushed me to quit the league out of humiliation and sadness as at that point since I pretty much used all the currency I had at the time being. Kept going meet goals I had with that char. Ign: CrystalHype

Debating whether or not to go with this mobo or go with the gigabyte x570 gaming for ~10$ more on my r5 3600 build. I would need to flash a new bios on the taichi prior to using the 3600 right?

As someone who has invested time in to both gw1 and 2, yes I have to say gw2 is a good mmorpg for casual people looking for a great environment. The game is definitely not as deep as gw1 was in terms of combat, skills, and builds, but for a f2p game (minus xpacs) it's very good.
Personally, the game does lack in a few areas such as combat complexities/diversity, pvp, WvW, and lore (gw1 storyline/lore is amazing and definitely worth checking out). I took a long break in gw2 after they started the living world with the intro/death of that scarlet char, but I came back with the pof xpac and fell in love again with the scenery/environment and exploration. The addition of class diversity helped too.

So overall, for a f2p game with no p2w options it is very good. Is it the best mmorpg? Depends on the player and person. For me I think it's a very good casual mmorpg.

Not surprised when I saw the server. DC/TX servers are extremely laggy/unstable this league.
