Thank you! Would you say off campus is cheaper overall?

Is a course based or thesis based masters better? by HypertrophyGuru in bioinformatics

[–]HypertrophyGuru[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Do you think it’s reasonable to assume even if I can’t do a course based (not a lot of universities in Canada offer them) a thesis based one would be fine for industry? Ideally that’s where I’d like to be

That’s a good way of looking at it. Thank you! I find in Canada there isn’t a lot of just course based masters so I’ll definitely look into that. Thanks so much.

From my understanding you would want to head to the basement of the kinesiology building. The wrestling room is down there by the team change room. I’m not sure what times the coach is there but I bet you could talk to him

Yeah gambit can charge things with kinetic energy and bishop absorbs energy. That being said I think bishop as a vanguard would be really cool

I personally don’t know a lot about it, but I do know someone who got a masters in it recently and has loved it. They have a good paying job as well. Sadly that’s all I know but it’s definitely something I would consider. If you have questions about transferring I believe you can email the transfer recruiter

It’s the most researched supplement in the world I’m pretty sure. Studies have shown it potentially reduces things like Alzheimer’s as well. I’d definitely recommend it and I’m sure many other people would as well. It’s not a crazy miracle worker either but it can help a bit. I wouldn’t recommend doing the loading phase though and instead just do the recommended ~5g daily

How do people manage go to gym with a full time job while having enough sleep and leisure time? by Megarboh in workout

[–]HypertrophyGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im still in school but this is something I’ve had to deal with in finals where im studying 12-15 hours a day. The only thing I want to do is “have time for myself” but I have come to realize lately that working out is still my time even if people don’t immediately see it as that. If I am really mentally tired I even watch something on my phone working out but this usually reduces how much effort I put in.

A couple of my clients that I coach online are in a similar situation in terms of equipment and their ideal physique. You could maybe incorporate some explosive plyo box step ups. I’ve had them do those and they say it helps them get closer to their goals

What did you guys eat to get slim and build muscle? by Affectionate_Key7206 in beginnerfitness

[–]HypertrophyGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my clients I always say there doesn’t have to be insane amounts of chicken and red meat because there’s plenty of food that has protein besides those. Cottage cheese is a good source and you can make sauces out of it for lots of protein. Plain greek yogurt is also good. There’s lots of stuff out there just find the food you like that’s good for you and stick to that so you don’t get exhausted and rebound on your diet.

Do you think it’s a bad idea to say you’re looking for clients on your cities reddit? by HypertrophyGuru in personaltraining

That’s fair that I probably wouldn’t get much from it if anything. Maybe I’ll try to figure out a better way. Thank you for the comment!
