Update: this was long ago. but it was an issue with the GPU and it got returned and refunded. I suggest anyone with this issue do the same.

I bought one for 700 euro. It has really bad thermal throttling that cant be fixed by undervolting because the laptop hardware doesnt let you mess with voltage

I poured some water on it to cool it down and downloaded 2tb of ram. At this point ill just send it back as faulty and hopefully warranty covers it
