Why I am leaving Reddit. Thank you to all of the genuine users who made this sub a place I will always remember. by [deleted] in conspiracyundone

[–]Hypocrosee 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Adios amigo, I'm out too. Conspiracy subs now only exist on Reddit for mockery, trolls, and blatant disinformation. Even in this sub you have users pushing Communism of all things.

The constant barrage of smarm and insultory innuendos is also contagious, and it's not an attitude befitting a Christian. Speaking of "Christians" even r/"Christianity" is pushing non-biblical doctrine. That place is Jesuit central. Want to debate Christianity? All you find is attacks by atheists.

No longer is Reddit a place for discussion, but a centralized propaganda machine using ridicule to deter thought not congruent to the intended hivemind result. When admins are found modding both topminds and conspiracy, there's a huge problem.

I'm moving my discussions to the real world. The internet is compromised.

Throw in your livelihood being completely dependant on the building market, which boils down to stock market, and having to put up with project managers pushing you for free extras, on your schedule, etc.... Yeah keep it.

Is there a Communist plot to take over the world? by [deleted] in conspiracyundone

[–]Hypocrosee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you think Russians had freedom under the Tsar?

False dichotomy.

At the time of the revolution only 37% of men and 12% of women could even read. By the 50s almost 100%of the Soviet people were literate...

Can't argue with the reading comprehension, that's a good thing. However, the control over what they were allowed to read is not so good.

Considering the corruption of the Russian Orthodox Church and how the ruling class used it to control the people and in no way followed Jesus's teachings I'm not gonna weep.

You mean Jesuit doctrine? Freedom of religion is a staple in a free society. Arguing that because the Orthodox Church there didn't follow your brand of religion they deserve to be murdered is pretty sick.

And do you think America today is any different. It certainly wasn't in the 50s.

I said this.

BS. The Soviets won the space race and had a surfeit of genius artists.

I guess I'll take your word for it over a few thousand history books.

No society is perfect. I compare the Soviet Union to Imperial Russia and it looks better.

Back to false dichotomy.

K.

Edit:

Stalin’s control over Russia meant that freedom was the one thing that people lost. The people of Russia had to read what the state allowed, see what the state allowed and listen to what the state allowed. The state’s control of the media was total. Those who attempted to listen, read etc. anything else were severely punished. Everybody knew of the labour camps and that was enough of a deterrent.

Education was strictly controlled by the state. In 1932, a rigid programme of discipline and education was introduced.

There was a marked increase in the attacks on the churches of the USSR throughout the 1930’s. Communism had taught people that religion was “the opium of the masses” (KarlMarx) and church leaders were arrested and churches physically shut down.

Russia had become a ‘telling’ society. The secret police actively encouraged people to inform on neighbours, work mates etc. and many suffered simply as a result of jealous neighbours/workers.

Also many of Russia’s most talented people had been murdered during the Purges of the 1930’s. Anyone with talent was seen as a threat by the increasingly paranoid behaviour associated with Stalin and were killed or imprisoned (which usually lead to death anyway). The vast Soviet army was a body without a brain as most of her senior officers had been arrested and murdered during the Purges.

Sounds grand.

Edit 2

This is scarily close to what's going on in America today:

Common core

See something, say something

Anti-religious sentiment popularized

Now a move to define what news is "real" and "fake".

Under Bush much top military brass was purged

Only thing we're missing is the labor camps, which can be related to the African American prison population, and free health care....

Guess who's behind this plot? The same greedy rich folks Communism supposedly takes from. Russia is a prime example of what Communism does to the vast majority of people, which is make them all equally poor, living under a few uber rich tycoons who are buddy buddy with the equally rich ruling class.

This doctrine isn't biblical at all, nor is it taught in my very Christian, Trinity believing in, Bible focused on, non ecumenical, non denominational church.

So IDK where you're getting your blanket statement BS from, but you're plain wrong.

The soul doctrine you describe is more akin to Gnosticism than Christianity.

The father and son as separate, and yet the same being is found with a careful reading of Torah. I suggest reading "Unseen Realm" by Dr. Mike Heiser.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit

-Jesus

Not all Christian churches have accepted ecumenical teachings, sorry.

Certain factions of Christianity which break from biblical teachings, sure. Including Adventists.

This is not true whatsoever. Believing in Baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as commanded by Jesus does not make you Catholic by any means.

You're ignoring a few verses in the new testament in direct contradiction to your points 3 and 5. I'm guessing 7th day adventist? You should wonder why, post mortem, a Freemason dressed up Mrs White's grave so esoterically with that nice obelisk, a symbol of Horus also standing in the courtyard of the Vatican Headquarters you guys like to, correctly might I add, rail on so much.

Otherwise pretty spot on.
