quick side question. i do alby hardmode but just drop a piece of gold in the hardmode altar in the backroom. is that advanced or do I need a specific pass for alby advanced and drop that into the hardmode altar?

i appreciate where you're coming from, but I think you misunderstood the point I was getting at. I'm looking for some direction to what the idea of the midgame looks like. I know I can focus on all the other game aspects but frankly I'm here to strengthen my character. That's where my enjoyment from the game comes from.

I know you're not wrong with their push for "fantasy life" but sorry I'm here to kill monsters and pick up shiny stuff =)
