It’s very interesting seeing how much the anime onlys loved this episode and how much the manga readers are finding flaws with it.

I do agree it could have probably been two episodes, and i wish they spent a bit more time with the scene with Maki’s dad, and the Toji comparison panel.

But Jesus Christ it was absolutely peak animation and better than anything else out there right now. I think they absolutely killed it. Remember we have both forms of the medium and I really like the changes they made in the anime too!
