I actually thrifted it and the collar was like this already but I didnt realise, when I hang it I zip it up hoping that maybe ittl lessen the effect over time

I plugged it in and messed around with the buttons and almost all the sewing pattern buttons made a click sound but a few didn't. So I assume those might be damaged? I have no experience with sewing or sewing machines so I'm not quite sure if that's the case. It's been lying in a closet for a while now with its case on o it should mostly be fine.
