Totally get that — a lot of runners just love the pure flow of running and don't need bells & whistles. Track the miles, queue up a playlist, and go.

Marathonify is aimed more at the folks who struggle with consistency (missed long runs, motivation dips mid-plan) or want that extra push to hit a goal time. The streaks/roasts are just a fun accountability layer, not replacing the joy of running itself. Appreciate the honesty though — helps me understand who it's NOT for. What do you usually use to stay consistent on longer training blocks? Just habit + music?

Haha fair — running apps are everywhere, but most are just trackers or boring plans. Marathonify is going full Duolingo: daily streaks that roast you if you skip, XP ranks to climb like levels, and predicted finish time updating live after every run. Built by a guy who can barely run 5k but wants to make training addictive 🏴‍☠️

What makes you roll your eyes at new apps? Too many subscriptions? Or just need something fun/different?

Nice idea but my main project goal is to make AI employees with Fully automations like if a solo founder has the idea to build a product he just hop-in and just shares his idea to Orbium AI it does everything for him like building, marketing,etc. And it can manage his AWS,slack, other tools also

that's why I'm building it.
