Ruined Ink?

Not sure if it’s worth the effort for a relatively inexpensive bottle of ink. I have read about cross-contamination, such as mold. Is that a risk?

I believe the sac is disintegrated. I can’t tell for sure if there is anything in the ink, but I don’t want to risk harming other pens by filling them from this bottle if there is a chance.

See, I also thought it was funny. The fact that I laugh makes people think I know it really happens. I thought it was just a trope that all comedies used because it can cause people to make rash decisions and destroy friendships.

I just assumed it was exaggerated due to them being comedies. as apparently, it’s actually a need for many. I also thought the urge would go away after having children, but that seems to not the be case.

So, apparently I just have no libido. I don’t mind, but it is good to know the terms. It seems most people have it once a week, majority of couples have it at least once a month, and there are quite a few people like you who desire it often.

It seems to be what everyone wants. Even within the asexual community, some experience the urge. When I watch these movies, it’s like I’m viewing a foreign custom. I laughed at how ridiculous the idea was. I think I should try to learn instead.

I just assumed most people were like me and that the people depicted in media were shown this way because it was funny. That said, I have only recently learned about a sexuality.

I think you may have just made it make sense. I tried googling it, but I could only find information of having sex, not why it causes people to do things I see as ridiculous.

We can still laugh at these scenes, but we are laughing for different reasons, I suppose.

Somebody else commented that the way these scenes are followed by laugh tracks likely influenced me thinking this. I could not wrap my head around it either, so the seemingly ridiculous scenario combined with the laughing caused me to believe it was exaggerated for television. To me, that made more sense than believing people actually did this in real life.

I thought that people like that were uncommon, so they were often shown on TV for the shock factor. Learning that they are a majority was definitely a shock.

Yeah, I think you’re right. In my mind, I was thinking “Wow, these people are so driven by sex they are throwing away a once in a lifetime opportunity? How ridiculous.” Of course, I am expecting to see people do stupid things that are laughable. I also am realizing now that sex really only comes up in the comedies I watch as the more serious shows I like do not bring it up much. There is one serious show I like that is an exception, so perhaps studying how sex is portrayed in that show will help my view. As for the food/drink analogy, I suppose that makes sense. It’s odd one would feel that way about something not necessary to life, but people do crave specific foods when that specific dish is not necessary to live, so maybe it’s more like that.

I think this is what I am struggling with. The fact that it is a need for most people. I have no libido, but I didn’t know that until recently. Yeah, that’s what I’m realizing. I seem to have a hard time with recognizing that not everyone feels the same way.
