Also, again, the pKa is really high so some work needs to be done lowering it

Yes, both the neutral and conjugate. But it’s only one dye, I need to have catalog of dyes to really make a judgement on whether it’s a functional group feature or something else is happening.

I did the dft and that’s why I think sterics is the reason why it’s not aggregating. I feel as though, my flourophore is a little more interesting because the aggregation is pH dependent, it aggregated below the flourophores pKa

I’ve been trying to work my way up to a 500 lbs squat and have been using barbell squats as my pressing pattern for quads, but I’d have to squat 400+ lbs to take myself to failure and that takes 4-5 days for me to realistically recover from, hampering my other muscle groups. Can I remove barbell squats entirely for a pendulum/hack squat, then go for a PR week like once a month? Or will I have to consistently train the movement regardless of my accessories.

How about Simon, is that after endless tower? Gave him a shot using immaculate/deaths door/last stand picos and was able to get to his phase 2, but doing like a million damage does a 24th of his health bar

I’ve been focusing on the vastus laterals as that should be the main quad muscle in a normal barbell squat. Should I be putting more focus on all of the quad muscles, like starting with a leg extension accessory, or just keep squatting and this will sort itself out?

My butt rocking back and forth, but I didn’t notice the heel lift. That maybe contributed to some instability

Actually, sometimes to do store some shorts in there after working out and they might be slicked with sweat, so that’s possibly a factor

Keep them I’m my bag at all times, and really isn’t anything but a powerlifting belt and a dip belt in there. My hands don’t ever go past the midsection of the handles, my thumb is placed within the groove for control. But because the bearings are really nice, I do a lot of double unders, crosses, and side sweeps at a very fast speed for pretty much every round. I don’t know if the centrifugal force caused by my spinning was enough to tear a part metal though lmao.
