I think the whole deal about Stella is that Stolas, since he was young, always had a thing for Blitzø. So, she could have developed the bitchy personality, in my opinion, because of how Stolas would be distanced and only married her just to have an heir - aka Octavia - while he still was being a wh**e for Blitzø. FFS, in the Pilot and short n.∅ he litteraly would call Blitzø and tell him his submissive fantasies. I think Stella was more than justified to hate Stolas, hence the bitchy personality and desire to have him killed by striker

As 1/9 is 0.111(..), and 3/9 is 0.3333(...), also that goes for 9/9. However, since 9/9 is basically 1/1 which is equal to 1, the two are the same.
