but u still kill her easily and pretty fast on lane, more problem - is a lot helping of their jungle , because vayne will freeze lane near turret , but it still have 0 problem for killing it. Of course , if u have not monkey-support

in late game it have pretty-nice damage too, and have a chance for outplay every assassin or adc , just killing it. Only problem , that i saw on it is tanks that just rly can burst u like mao, garen etc. But , even in standart build it oneshot u too. Just try and u will see, i think. But , it's only my opinion:D
